This is a Chine Collé hand printed print. Chine Collé is a printmaking technique that allows you to add color to your prints with different kinds of paper. Using Chine Collé you are able to print on much finer, more delicate papers which are bonded onto a more sturdy paper during the printing process. Each print made in this series is unique since they have different color Japanese paper used for the background. The lines are created by an etched copperplate and each one hand printed one by one.
